Watch the video below, it will give you goosebumps!
This Friday and Saturday all eyes will be on the international feast of flat racing which is the Breeders Cup meeting at Santa Anita.
There are fourteen races, spread over the two days, with five on Friday evening and the balance of nine on Saturday.
Twenty European horses are currently still engaged, and plenty of other ex-Europeans.
But as we discovered last year the way to win at the Breeders Cup meeting is not just by having a knowledge of the best European horses.
It's not from knowing who's the best of the US scene, either.
No, to win at this meeting you need to be a connoisseur of the best horses from all corners of the world.
This was nicely demonstrated last year when Carl Nicholson from the Value Backing service said this…
8.46 Calidoscopio 20`1
Argentinean import who should not be underestimated. He will stay the trip well and the form of his 5 length beating at Palermo in May in a Group 1 is top staying form.
Watching this race still gives me goose bumps, even though it's now a year ago and the winnings have long since been spent.
In the video below Calidoscopio is the one that is 10 lengths behind all the others for over three quarters of the race running in the turquoise colours.
It really is the stuff of soppy movies.
Watch the clip and then head over to http://valuebacking.com and join Carl today, on Friday and Saturday he'll be sharing this years Breeders Cup picks.
Over the two days last year Carl made 14 points profit over the 2 days ==> http://valuebacking.com
