We already have racing tips from Nick Hardman on yesterdays post.

What I want to do today is to showcase the quality analysis that members of Football Forecasts get every weekend.

This is just one of the matches analysed by Mark Foley for his members and he recommends bets at 16/1, 9/1 and 6/1 in this match, I've included those bets below.

If you want to get the rest of Mark's weekend bets then you can join him for a full month for just £9.99.

West HamC Palace   12.45 KO Sky sports1    Ref: Mike Dean

West Ham fans may be blowing bubbles but the big question is has The Hammers bubble burst? Their last win came 6 games ago and that was a scrappy 1-0 win against Bristol City, they squandered a 2 goal lead against Spurs last week that would have given them only their 2nd win in their last 9 League matches (W1 D5 L3).

Crystal Palace have won four of their last seven matches in all competitions against West Ham, but  have won just one of their last eight London derbies (W1 D3 L4) since beating West Ham at Upton Park last season.

Four of West Ham’s last 5 games have been 0-0 at HT, (0-1 at Spurs last week); Half of Palace's last 12 games have been blank after 45. Palace have only been losing once at HT away from Selhurst.

Having previously won all but one of their 7 home league games West Ham's home form has been poor in the league of late. They lost to Arsenal, drew with West Brom, somewhat fortuitously beat Hull 3-0 and drew with Man Utd.

This doesn’t scream goals, Palace have scored a single goal in their last four games and a 1-1 score line looks plausible as both teams struggle to keep clean sheets and Palace have scored a maximum of one goal in 9 of their last 12 away games. Betfred are offering a Money Back Special if this ends 1-1 and the three bets I’m having cover a low scoring game, with a nice bonus if it ends 1-1 after a blank first half.

Marouane Chamakh has scored in both of his Premier League games for Palace against the Hammers, but  Chakakh, Fraizer Campbell and fellow striker Yaya Sanogo all miss out with hamstring injuries. Palace are light on strikers although Jerome Thomas who is likely to start tomorrow has scored three goals in four League games against West Ham.

West Ham have scored more headed goals (16) than any other Premier League team this season, a divisional high 40% of total scored. Unibet are taking a chance by offering 7/1 on Diafra Sakho to score with a header.

My bets:

Correct HT-FT score 0-0 / 1-1:        Paddy Power 16/1

Correct score West Ham 1-0:         Betfred MBS for 1-1, 6/1  (Betfred return your stake if the match finishes 1-1 : 13/2 widely available)

Correct score Crystal Palace 1-0:   Betfred  MBS for 1-1   9/1 (10/1 with Bet365)

Also considered:

Daifra Sakho to score with a header: Unibet 7/1 (Hills 5/1)

All the best Mark
