Racing and Footy Tips

Following on from last week's winning footy bet I have another for you from Football Forecasts, I also have the finalised selection from Josh Wright for the December Gold Cup.

But first as always a reminder to make your free Super 6 entry for a chance to win £250,000.

And just to confirm, you don't need to deposit any cash to make your free entry.

My pal who has no interest in betting has a Skybet account that has never seen a penny of cash, but he does his Super 6 each week.

West Ham v Stoke City

West Ham may have been unfortunate not to beat United at Old Trafford last week, but their away form has been far better than in front of their home fans; their only two home wins have come against relegation threatened Newcastle and Chelsea.Read More »Racing and Footy Tips

Place ratings system…

Over the last couple of months I have been giving away pre built automated systems.

Today I wanted to give you a new system which is a little different.

Here goes…

When we create systems the selection method tends to be “Set in Stone”.

It’s not for changing.

If we make any changes to a system that we are already showing then we simply create a new one using the updated criteria.

This stops confusion and it allows you to monitor both.

This week is different because although I have come up with the idea it’s more of what many people would call a “Method”.

You may have heard me mention before that we have a tool inside the GHBot members area we call the “Place Ratings Cards”.

This is a daily race card set where I have added a number of my own ratings plus other information that I feel members could use to choose selections.

I revisit these cards from time to time, just to give myself new system ideas.

This week’s system is based on a cut down version of the cards I have put together for non-members.Read More »Place ratings system…

8 Hurdle Jockeys to follow on the place market

This week’s system is based around 8 Handicap Hurdle Jockey’s to follow on the Betfair place market.

I tend to go through stages when researching systems and at the moment I am interested in finding ideas based around the place market.

This weeks was created using TJ Profit Finder.

TJ Profit finder is one of the bonuses that you get with GHBbot and allows you to research Jockey, Trainers and Jockey and Trainer pairs.

Check it out here

TJ can give you a top list of jockeys or trainers based on over 30 different filter options and makes finding profit from backing, placing or laying quite easy.

Once you have a list based on your criteria you can then check out the results and even combine multiple jockeys or trainers into one system like I have with this weeks 8 Jockey place system.Read More »Place Jockey Profits

Cambridgeshire Trends – 20/1 Win Last Year

Can Nick Hardman from Betting Insiders repeat his success with last years column when he tipped the Cambridgeshire winner?

For all of Nick's weekend tips join him at http://bettinginsiders.com

Here's Nick…

Last year the trends analysis pinpointed Bronze Angel as a potential winner of the Cambridgeshire and he did just that at an SP of 14/1 (advised 20/1) and this weekend sees the 2015 renewal of one of the oldest handicap races in the UK.

Here is a reminder of the race trends that picked out last year’s winner.

First up it looks like a top 5 finish is a good pointer and accounts for 16 of the last 18 winners.

Horses that have had 5 – 8 runs that season account for 12 winners since 1997, so we may be looking at a reasonably well campaigned horse.

Horses with more than 8 runs in the current season are 0 – 113.

15 of the last 18 winners had all raced over at least 1m 1f or beyond at some point in their lives. Read More »Cambridgeshire Trends – 20/1 Win Last Year
