Right here we go then, York kicks off it's week with a tremendous card,  chock full of quality and tricky handicaps. Which is why, of course, I'm off to Worcester to watch some twig-hopping 😉

I will put a couple of syndicates up later. Keep getting 5 out 6 on them which is most annoying, but hopefully we'll hit a decent one soon.

Sadly a blowout at Worcester yesterday, these things happen from time to time, but I'm hoping for better with a crack at the Pick 6 (their version of the Placepot) at Uttoxeter with Colossus Bets today.

I said I'd have a go and as it looks a tricky little card, there could be a decent payout at the end of it if I can get it right!

Long faces all round this morning as England sadly fall at the second-last, but it's been a great run and they've restored some much-needed pride in the side.

Let's try and find a big-priced winner at Newmarket to cheer us up. It's on the TV this afternoon, so I've looked at three races and come up with a couple to try and ease the pain.
