It’s A Big ‘Un From Wigan!

Good morning all,

“It's A Big Un From Wigan!” was a phrase an old work colleague used to come out with during my HMV days whenever he played a couple of his beloved Northern Soul classics. It was usually followed by “the great days are back again!”, at which point he would go into his own little world for ten minutes, transported back to a golden age, presumably.

Triumph Update

Good morning all,

The plan this morning was to tell you all about my day at Plumpton last week but I've also got a Triumph Hurdle piece written and after yesterday's entries for the weekend, the price on one of the ones I'm interested in started to go.
