Before I hand you over to Malcolm Pett and the new system he's created I just want to update you on the MBot that I mentioned last month.

I've been running this on my spare PC and have just let it run all month and haven't had to do anything other than switch it on when I first got it.

Today I checked my accounts to see if it has done any good and I've made a 26 point profit.

I have a habit of tinkering.

Some things I just have to keep trying to improve.

Whether it is my home built 3D printer or a piece of software I have developed for GHBot members

I can’t help but tinker.

I do the same with systems I create.

Here is example…

“System 54 with more filters.”

In January of this year we started a new “Open Test” to see what would happen when I took a system I had created in the past and add in some extra filters.

After analysing the results we had been seeing since I created the original system I felt like it could be improved.

Did it work?

Well if you take results since January, the old system has lost 8.37 points and the new version is up 43.09 points…

…So I guess that has.

Apart from the making profit we have seen other changes…

Less selections. 145 compared to 459 on the old system.

Which we were expecting because of the extra filters we had added.

Strike rate has gone from 12% for the old system to 16.5% on the new version (over the last 5 months)

One thing that hasn’t changed and in fact got worse is Average Winning Prices.

Over the last 5 months the older version is around 7.5 but the new version is lower at 6.6.

Still you can’t have everything : – )
