Same , I ignored the £4.99 offer but kept page open for a while, no email, page closed unintentionally. Had a cynical moment, could closing the page delete the request for the free system?.
I was interested because I have seen the free Scoop 6 with Sky and thought ooh a system great could have a go at the scoop 6 with a plan rather than throw darts at coupon list.

After signing up, you should be automatically send the Correct Score system. The £4.99 offer is a DIFFERENT system offered up at a lower price to normal – An introductory offer but you can ignore this, close the page and you should still be emailed the system.
If you do not receive it, first check your spam box as it can be filtered out to your spam.
