Today we have a selection from horse racing micro system that I first started monitoring last March.
The system rules came from Ben Aitken over at http://www.narrowing-the-field.co.uk/
I won't share the precise rules but I'm sure you'll find them on Ben's site somewhere if you have a root around.
But basically the system was looking at David Pipes horses when they made a quick return after a good run.
Since I've been following the system on March 17th 2013 the results have been as follows.
Runs = 29
Wins = 8
Strike Rate = 27.5%
Profit at iSP = 14.08
Return on Investment = 48.5%
That's a pretty good ROI for live testing and so it stays in my portfolio.
Today this micro system has a selection. It is in a wide open race and I'm a little disappointed that there has been a withdrawal bringing the runners down to 7, and 2 places.
